1. Many communist, radical Islamists and PFI supporters are writing tweets with #ReleaseAtikurRahman on Twitter.

They are claiming that Atikur Rahman is innocent.

But let me show you reality.

2. On October 5, 2020, Atikur Rahman and the other accused were arrested while traveling to Hathras to cause a disturbance as part of a conspiracy. Atikur Rahman is a member of PFI.

3. Atikur was charged with violating sections of the IPC 153 (A)(promoting enmity between different groups based on religion, race, place of birth, residence, or language), 124(A)(sedition), 295 (A)(deliberate and malicious acts, intended to incite religious feelings), and 120(B)

4. The 500-page charge sheet was filed against him (criminal conspiracy). Additionally, he is accused of violating many provisions of the IT Act as well as Sections 17 and 18 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), which deal with raising money for terrorism.

5. According to the filed charge sheet, the phone conversation and the transfer of Rs 5,000 by Rauf to the bank account of the accused Atikur Rahman on October 5, 2020, provided additional evidence that the 4 detained suspects only traveled to Hathras in the direction of the PFI.

6. Atikur Rahman was found to have one laptop, six smartphones, and 1717 printed documents. In these written documents, it was explained what measures should be used during the riots to prevent rioters from being identified.

7. Through order to harm the integrity of the nation, Abhitukya Akikur Rahman, a member of the terrorist gang, promoted class struggle in acts of violence during occurrences of inter-group or inter-class conflict.
