Here's Biden DOJ's detailed raid inventory:

storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…

Confidential = 31
Secret = 54
Top Secret = 18
SCI = ?
SAP = ?
Q = ?
Empty Classified Folders = 48
Empty Return To Staff Sec/Military Aide Folders = 42

Did Biden DOJ file a picture of *empty* SCI folders?

Why?
President Trump had the absolute constitutional power to declassify these records.

He had the sole statutory authority to take a personal copy to the Office of Former President, with federally funded staff, security clearances, secure office space, and Secret Service protection.
Biden DOJ has leaked and lied from beginning.

- "Garland didn't approve raid." Lie.

- "Trump had nuclear documents." Lie.

- "Biden didn't have heads up." Lie.

- Illegally leaked from grand jury.

- Selectively leaked from affidavit, but claim it's too sensitive to release.
If Biden DOJ was concerned with Trump having (de-)classified records in Office of the Former President, why did:

- They wait 18 months to get them?

- Garland deliberate "for weeks" before ordering raid?

- Judge-shop for clearly biased judge?

- Wait 3 days to execute warrant?
Biden Justice Department knows it is legally impossible for a President to violate:

- Espionage Act, by declassifying any record he wants

- Presidential Records Act, by taking a personal copy when he leaves office

- Obstruction statutes, as these are not crimes to investigate
These 3 (non-)crimes were simply the legal pretext the Biden DOJ used to open a bogus investigation to get back Trump's records.

Why?

Because Trump declassified and kept a personal copy of the Crossfire Hurricane records.

Those are damning to Obama, Biden, Hillary, FBI, intel.
Biden DOJ knows their legal case is weak.

So they unnecessarily filed with the Court this photo.

To inappropriately inflame the public.

And make a political case.

They know Trump didn't have records thrown on the floor like this.

But were there even records in the folders?

Same Main Justice National Security Division that helped Team Obama run Russian collusion hoax against Trump in 2016 is now running coverup.

Including unprecedented, unnecessary, and unlawful home raid at Mar-A-Lago.

To get back Trump’s declassified Russian collusion documents.

Biden DOJ:

8/11: Lists *SCI docs* in raid inventory filed with (biased) Magistrate Judge Reinhart

8/30: Lists *no SCI docs* in detailed inventory filed with Judge Cannon

8/31: Filed FBI picture of SCI cover sheets. Were they empty?

Where did SCI docs go?

Was Biden DOJ lying? ImageImageImage
1. Did Biden DOJ lie on 8/11 about “SCI documents”—like they lied about “nuclear documents” in press leaks—to politically justify their unprecedented, unnecessary, and unlawful home raid?

2. Or did they lie on 8/30 and hide Trump’s damning declassified Crossfire Hurricane docs?

1. Clinton caught hiding 8 years of highly classified tapes of his presidency in his sock drawer.

2. Obama caught on a hot mic revealing our most classified nuclear secrets to Russian president.

Q. Why no FBI raid or “intelligence assessment”?

A. The President. Like Trump.
3. Hillary Clinton, as Secretary of State, got caught destroying evidence of her illegal home server of our most classified secrets, which was hacked by our enemies.

Q. Why no FBI raid or “intelligence assessment”?

A. 2 systems of justice

Trump violated no laws. Political hit.

Biden DOJ has a fundamental misunderstanding of the law.

The President has the power to declassify records and take personal copies when he leaves office.

Commander-in-Chief Clause trumps Espionage Act.

Presidential Records Act trumps general statutes on government property.
Congress expects former Presidents to have classified and other presidential records.

Presidential Records Act doesn't differentiate between classified and unclassified.

They get federally funded staff, security clearances, secure offices (SCIFs), and Secret Service Protection.
The law treats Presidents differently than everyone else.

Period.

Guess who wasn't--and never will be--President?

@HillaryClinton.

So why wasn't she charged with espionage, destruction of gov't property, and obstruction after she destroyed her illegal home server and phones?
