RANT: Some people tell me I should be calling out the Liberal Government/Trudeau at times. Why? In case you've not noticed, almost all so-called Canadian press support the CPC during every election (and in between them). Why should I do their work for them? ...
Why should I assist Poilievre/CPC in their endless exaggerations, deceptions and outright lies about PM Trudeau when they're at it 24/7. They don't need my help. Why shouldn't I focus on pushing back on such things as 'JustInflation' when we all know inflation is global...
Canada's is far from the worst. Why shouldn't I focus on the lie that 'Trudeau wants to ban fertilizer' when it is such an egregious distortion of the truth of the matter? Why shouldn't I focus on all the positive things the Trudeau Government has done, and there are many? ...
Whenever the next Fed election comes, there are only going to be 2 parties with potential to form Gov. Why would I ever do or say anything against the only Government I believe is on and will continue on the best path for all Canadians?
Why would I in any way help the party I believe would be a disaster for Canada?
Bottom line: I will not. If you want perfection, read a fairy tale. We have a damn good PM, Cabinet, Government and they're endlessly under attack using malicious, deceptive, untrue statements.
That's my position. So yes, #IStandWithTrudeau

On Pierre Poilievre's Campaign website Pt 2: (Pt 1 Here:
The #1 item listed is 'JUSTINFLATION'. There are a lot of words but no details on how to solve inflation in Canada...
Well, there is this: "We need to return to fiscal responsibility and STOP #JustinFlation!"
Who keeps criticizing 'Trudeau' for spending too much? Poilievre. Who now keeps demanding Trudeau spend to help those suffering from inflation? Points if you guessed Poilievre.😏
Which is it? Spend less to cut the deficit or spend more to help fight inflation? In Pierre's own words, 'we don't believe in big government spending programs'. If he were PM there would assuredly be nothing to help anyone right now...

On Pierre Poilievre's campaign website, he lists 4 priorities. #2 is 'RECLAIM CANADIAN VALUES'. Quote: "We need to get back to the basics. It’s time to stand up for fundamental Canadian values and protect Canadians’ freedom of speech and belief."
The question becomes...
how far back does Poilievre want to take us to return to so called 'Fundamental Canadian Values'. A hint is found in his use of 'freedom of speech', an American term, whereas in Canada we have 'Freedom of Expression'.
I'm sure he doesn't want to go all the way back to the time...
Slavery was legal in Canada. But just how far back to get to 'fundamental values'? Pre 1929, the year women were legally classed as persons for the first time in Canada? Or might it be the year all Canadian women had the right to vote? Most were 'given' that right after WW1 but..

Warren Kinsella writing about P Poilievre in May:
For Pierre Poilievre, the frontrunner in the Conservative Party leadership race, the return of the abortion debate is very, very unhelpful. For years, the Ottawa-area MP has enjoyed the support of the Campaign Life Coalition...
the powerful lobby group that wants to outlaw abortion, gay marriage and euthanasia.
On its web site, the Campaign Life Coalition gave approving green check marks to Poilievre for voting for bills that would make it an offence to “kill or injure a pre-born child” — and to...
“protect women from coercion to abort.” For most of his political career, Poilievre has opposed abortion, full stop. Only very recently — as the prospect of seizing the Conservative leadership grew larger — did Poilievre abandon his previous positions on abortion and gay marriage

How persistent, constant encouragement of Hate can win over a country: Following is a quote from Jewish Warsaw diarist Chaim Kaplan, from within the book 'Hitler's Willing Executioners - Ordinary Germans and the Holocaust'. While I do not intend this to be a direct comparison
between parties/supporters in Canada, the level of Hate being constantly promoted based primarily on False information does begin to compare. This quote will take a number of tweets, but please read all of them.
QUOTE "This is not just hatred who's source is a party platform, and which was invented for political purposes. It is a hatred of emotion whose source is some psychopathic malady. In its outward manifestations it functions as physiological, which imagines the object of hatred

During the Jan 6th attack on Democracy, Trump did not call for help, he encouraged the attackers, we hear him praise them in the video played.
During the illegal truck convoy occupation, Bergen, leader of CPC encouraged MPs to 'keep the truckers in Ottawa', in an email read ...
... out live by David Cochrane P&P as he received it. 'shouldn't we keep them them in Ottawa because it will hurt the PM'.
There is a difference in the level of harm between the two situations but - no difference at all between Bergen and Trump in what they were prepared to do.,,

Pierre Poilievre's Political Career:
After saying no one should be in for more than 2 terms, Pierre's into his 6th. Mystery is - what has he actually done for Canada since 2004?
And why was he just a back bencher for 10 years before finally getting a Cabinet Post?
On to two...
He was made 'Minister of Democratic Reform' finally, in 2013. And went on to present a bill (The Fair Elections Act) that was so bad, it had to be amended multiple ways, despite CPC having a majority, after a huge outcry claiming it damaged Canadian democracy...
After that mess, he was briefly Minister of Employment and Social Development for a few months in 2015 before losing to the Liberals. That is the sum total of Pierre Poilievre's roughly 18 years as an MP...
