I made a thread about this a while ago but I have updated it a bit.
1. TikTok ads are 100% about content. Content is 👑.
If you don’t have new creatives coming in everyday your fucked.
1. Work with influencers (course link in bio 😉) and #ugc creators AND an editor to create banging content. I have a system developed where I get 3 new creatives a day.
2. Put each creative in its own ad set within 1 abo campaign. No targeting, cost cap of 1.2x AOV.
3. If it’s highly profitable day 1 duplicate it and run it lowest cost for 1-3 days. KEEP AN EYE ON THE LOWEST COST AD SET. I say this because those assets can burn through cash soooo quick. Sometimes they preform incredibly and sometimes like 💩
3. Turn off the lowest cost and cost cap once they stop preforming (usually 3 days).
4. Here’s the new sauce: take that video and run it through @adrefresh_bot on telegram. Add mesh, color correct, and strip meta data. This tricks TikTok into thinking it’s a new creative.
5. Keep doing this process and making new creatives out of what you already have. Use recharm to break each creative into its specific parts and make new creatives with the content you already have.
6. Use pipiads to spy on your competitors. See what’s working for them and replicate it.

1. Make videos and not ads!
As soon as people see an ad they scroll. And they scroll quickly. Every single one of my influencer posts don’t seem like an ad. No link in bio, no discount code, no “this company sent me this”
1. Continued. Ads also lose their ethos. The person watching no longer believes that the influencer actually really loves and uses the product, they now believe that they are just posting to get a bag 💰!

I finally implemented an organic TikTok strategy focused on getting some brand recognition on the platform, but more so than that getting good creatives.
I now have a new creative I can test every other day.
