If a product you own unexpectedly blows up, lights something on fire, breaks dangerously, or does anything dangerous, really - that's us (CPSC). Report those kinds of issues on SaferProducts.gov
If you think a business is engaging in potentially unfair business practices (warranty issues, fraud, etc), that's @FTC. Their reporting tools are here - ftc.gov
If you have an issue with anything car related (including car seats), that's @NHTSAgov. You can find their reporting tools here - nhtsa.gov
