Lawyer says it was announced in budget that cryptocurrencies are not legal tender or safe.

SC: But once RBI came out with its circular, how can you file a 32?

Adv: They have now said they will make law.

SC: You're before the highest court of the land, please understand...
SC: It's a Constitutional issue. RBI circular advises but does not bind the govt, you have to advise your client properly else will get on trouble.
