2: To link wallets you need to send IDENTICAL $XRP / $XLM MICRO Transactions w/ IDENTICAL Memos

(Ex: .00123 $XRP memo 'AD123' & .00123 $XLM memo 'AD123') [+ALGO if you hold ALGO $XOGE]
