I'm on my way to cover the trial of #CyndiAbcug in Colorado. After three delays in trial by the state and after more than two years will justice be done? Arrested as the only conspirator in a conspiracy to kidnap after CPS denied all due process and took her kid for 3 years.
Follow me here and on YouTube for updates. The judge has denied cameras in the courtroom despite multiple major networks requesting access. What is the state trying to hide? Every order is "restricted" in this case. Docket impossible even for the lawyers to read
We will find out shortly what the state has as evidence against this mom. But based on the state dragging its feet for two years to bring this case, I have my doubts if they have much.

There needs to be an investigation of why there's no criminal report in Ohio. Why did the child cross state lines for an abortion she could have had in Ohio? Did her rapist take her there to avoid a police investigation?
I've been waiting for the documentation from IN. They may have handed it over to Fox. Now the question becomes who is the rapist? Did Bernard keep the remains for DNA testing? And if not did she destroy evidence?
If the prison sentence for child rape in OH is life as AG Yost said then it's reasonable a perp would quietly take a child to IN to avoid prosecution. Did Dr. Bernard let that happen? Let's hope she recovered the remains and held them for police. Maybe she will become the hero

Also, you said a child abuse doctor contacted you. Please provide that doctor's name so I can contact him/her to find out if the sexual abuse was reported in Ohio.
And Snopes is trying to get ahold of you. Have you contacted them? A story as impactful and important as this one should be verified. Wouldn't you agree?

The story about a 10 yr old pregnant girl who had to go from Ohio to IN for an abortion gives me serious pause for a number of reasons. There are many red flags.🚩I'm going to detail them here. ImageImage
🚩 #1. A pregnant 10 year old is evidence of a heinous crime against a child but in every article (and there are SO MANY) thre is no mention of criminal investigation, no police involvement, not even a town where this allegedly occurred.
🚩 #2 An unnamed alleged "child abuse" doctor called Dr. Caitlyn Bernard (an abortionist in Indiana) to ask for help. But any doctor who knows of abuse would be required to also call law enforcement. There should be a criminal investigation going involving Ohio DFS and police.
