Isaiah 18
The Ensign must be raised, swift messengers sent, and Mount Zion established before the time of harvest and destruction of the wicked. So what are the Ensign, who are the swift messengers, and where is Mount Zion?

The Ensign
D&C 45:9 identifies the Ensign as the everlasting covenant and the standard of God's people Israel. This covenant is the Abrahamic covenant. This is what both the Gentiles and Israel will seek and which will bless ALL the nations of the earth.

Swift Messengers
These messengers will take this covenant to those of Israel, or those who "let God Prevail". These messengers not only teach of the covenant, but have authority to administer the covenant to others. This authority was given to Joseph Smith.

Moses gave the authority to gather scattered Israel, including the Lost Ten Tribes.
Elias restored the Abrahamic covenant with the instruction that all nations of the earth should be blessed through it.

Mount Zion
D&C 84:2 confirms Mount Zion is the city of New Jerusalem. This city will be the dwelling place of the Lord and a place of gathering for Israel. It will be a covert from the storm when the Lord will send forth destruction upon the wicked.
