INTERMITTENT #FASTING

The right way to do it: Image
The goal is to starve the body long enough to trigger fat burning. this helps you to:

-lose weight
-lower blood pressure
-lower cholesterol
-prevent/control diabetes
-improve brain health
-more energy
How does it work?
the eating plan is to alternate between fasting and eating. Every body/person is different, so you should try to find what works best for you. Personally, I prefer the 16:8 method👇
The 16:8 method
With the 16:8 method you have 8 hour eating window followed by a 16 fasting period. EG you eat your first meal after 12 AM and your last meal before 8:00 pm. This results in a 16-hour fast. I found it the easiest because it just extends the usual nighttime fasts
Tips
- Stay hydrated during the fast
- Eat good nutrition
- Don't exercise during the fast
- Listen to your body
