America & Americans are nuts..
* First, NATO, EU, USA keep pushing Russia to a corner, till it attacks Ukraine.

* American think-tankers like John Mearsheimer predicted & cautioned America OF THIS CONFLICT 6 YEARS AGO.

* From February till now Europe has been guzzling Russian gas & oil. No sanctions.

* Iran is already under sanctions. Now US wants to pose secondary sanctions.

* Why should India & its people suffer for American stupidity?
If America feels so strongly, why not use its troops to fight Russia directly, instead of using Ukraine as a pawn and propping up its defence industries with American & European taxpayers money? Nuclear Armaggedon? What guarantee that a cornered Putin doesn't set off a bang now?
* Even now, there is more than a sneaky suspicion that the Ukraine war is much needed succour to American defence industries, overnight deprived of a lucrative Afghan War.

* The sanctions business can be pushed too far, unless the intent is to unite Asia to America's detriment.
Meanwhile, India's Enemy No.1 China & America's peer competitor must be chortling away to glory.

Having messed up with its stupid wolf-warrior diplomacy, it must thank USA for an unbelievable reprieve, with its Ukraine adventure & sanctions mania.

China begins to look sensible.

* The South of India has in general been protected from the fury of foreign invasions, mostly in the north & were much muted in the south.

* People are far more law-abiding & respectful of authority.

* There is greater emphasis on education.

* Native culture bound people closer but Islamic & Christian conversions & orthodoxy divide.
* I see Indians from the north playing catch-up in the coming decade, as can already be seen in UP.

* Certainly the lower population, higher living standards & inequitable share in representation & revenue need to be kept in mind.
