Justice KM Joseph on role of TV anchors : "As far as mainstream television channel is concerned, The role of Anchor is very critical because the moment you see somebody going into hate speech, It's the duty of the anchor to immediately see that he/she doesn't allow that person"
This is exactly what I pointed out when an Anchor of a mainstream television channel allowed a spokesperson to continue without stopping them. I was later targetted for pointing out the role of the news channel and the anchor in amplifying the hate speech.
