Within the past few hours after Matt Walsh's attack on Vanderbilt and Tucker Carlson's coverage, users of 4chan and the Donald are calling for the outright murder of doctors. This is exactly what they want. 
A user on the Donald wants to do Nazi style book burnings at Vanderbilt. In 1933, the first Nazi book burnings started with Magnus Hirschfeld's Institute for Sexuality. A trans woman was murdered by the Nazis as they stormed the institute to pull books to burn.
Even those not calling for murder are calling for the mass arrest of all doctors, administrators, and insurance executives involved in gender affirming care as well as activists and allies.
4chan users were absolutely giddy when they saw that Tucker Carlson named the Vanderbilt board members because they wanted him to "name the Jews."

The naming of board members was intentionally done by Tucker to incite death threats against them to get them to close the clinic. Users on extremist sites are obliging. The use of stochastic terror to close down gender affirming care clinics is on full display.
