The prosecuting attorney tells me if Jon doesn’t show up by 5:05, they will still go ahead and read the verdict without him here. #azfamily
For more context: I’ve been in the courtroom since 3:45 pm…Kiera’s family came into the courtroom shortly after.

UPDATE: Jon Clark just gave sound to media cameras outside the courthouse, but has not actually shown up in the courtroom where he was supposed to be a minute ago for the verdict to be read. 
Being told he’s locked out of the building because it’s after 5 pm (when court closes) trying to get in.
Still waiting for him inside the courtroom. I’ve never seen anything like this before.
