the importance of Option Interest gets weakened compared to the early years of 2017-20

So he isn't trading completely on behalf of it since 2020

so best is to focus on PRICE ACTION

@Mitesh_Engr sir advised not to make new positions as its mostly gambling these days from last couple of months. So he don't prefer Expiry Trading. Better to avoid it. And only do weekly option trading and use Thursday as Exit Booking Criteria

You better focus on TRENDING moves instead of Intraday moves. Ride Trend and stay in it with logical levels.

So Switch to bigger time frame and not on intra time frame.

then

Take a Gap of 1000 points Strike in #Banknifty
and 500 Gap in Nifty

and as days coming near Expiry then only reduce the gap day by day

but initially go for bigger gaps.

@Mitesh_Engr As per him, about using capital

on Friday use only 20% of your capital,
and then if the trend goes in your favour, on Monday - Tuesday deploy more 50%-60% and till Wednesday can deploy full for Thursday Expiry.

in that way you can get Adjustments and Risk Management properly.
