20 years ago a noose was placed in the work station of an African-American client I represented to retaliate against and harass him. The company's response was the noose wasn't a racist symbol but made to demonstrate how to catch alligators. When I said this excuse was false
the woman sued me for defamation. That case was dismissed but our clients ultimately settled with the company for its actions against them for $400k.

Fast forward to this week, we learned that a lawyer, DeSantis' immigration czar, represented a company paid $1.565 million to
implement DeSantis' human trafficking project. The lawyer who I first met 20 years ago and the lawyer the world met this week are the same: Larry Keefe.

Here is Larry Keefe’s first day on job as DeSantis’s immigration czar last year which he took after Biden refused to keep him on as US Atty. Since then, he has been working hard to enrich his former client Vertol, who has been paid $1.565 million by Florida to kidnap immigrants.
The $129k job created just for Keefe in Governor’s office comes with fancy logo too but even AG Barr knew he was a hack and threatened to “f——g” fire him for wanting to start a bogus investigation into 2020 election. tallahassee.com/story/news/loc…

Although the state budget provision DeSantis is using to transport these folks required them to be in Florida, DeSantis is now skipping that step altogether. Last week he brought them to Florida from Texas. Today's flight was scheduled to stop in Crestview, Florida but he changed
plans. Now, spooked by presence at Crestview, FL airport, the flight is skipping Florida altogether heading to Delaware from Texas through Tennessee.
Clearly says “from Florida” not “from Texas.” Image
