🧵 Speaking of the office of Arizona Attorney General, transparency, character, truthfulness, and the rule of law, I believe it’s time for Mr. Hamadeh to be square with the people of Arizona about the following:
1. Stole land from father - Questions: Did you disclose lawsuit on character & fitness application to the AZ State Bar? Yes or no? Are you willing to request your application and prove it? Looking back, do you have any remorse about what you and your siblings did to your father?
2. Election denial - Questions: Can you explain how you would decertify the 2020 election? Can you give us the names of the people you would “lock up and put in handcuffs” and share the exact crimes you would charge them with? Who do you believe is the current POTUS?
Cont. ?’s - Do you believe Arizona elections are safe and secure? Do you stand by your previous statements that you would like to end vote-by-mail? Do you believe the film ‘2000 Mules’ was factual? Yes or no? If Trump ran and lost in 2024, would you certify the election results?
3. Allegedly committed voter fraud - Question: Did you fill out and/or vote a ballot that was not yours at any time? Yes or no?
4. Lied under penalty of perjury on candidate financial disclosure form - Questions: Why did you lie on your financial disclosure form? What is the status of your interest/involvement in the businesses you currently have ownership in (Ham Advisors, LLC and WRA Properties, LLC)?
5. Lied about parents’ immigration status - Questions: Why haven’t you been truthful about your parents? Why is your last name spelled differently from your father?
6. Wildly exaggerated brief legal career - Questions: Did you lead any trials during your time at MCAO? Yes or no? Have you ever managed attorneys or staff in your professional career (not military)? If so, when and where?
7. May be under investigation by the military - Question: Are you currently, or have you at any point been made aware of a military investigation concerning you? Yes or no?
8. Not only has Mr. Hamadeh not addressed past and current derogatory, antisemitic and inappropriate statements, he continues to double down on attacking the media versus taking any responsibility for his actions.
You can read more about all of the following here: krismayes.com/campaign-news and I believe Arizona voters deserve the answers to these questions. I am looking forward to being your #LawyerForThePeople this November.

🧵 Let’s get clear about some facts. My woefully inexperienced opponent came out of nowhere in this race. He was admitted to the AZ State Bar to practice law in May 2017.
He worked for MCAO as an entry-level prosecutor for a couple of yrs., has lied ad nauseam about his experience, & was involved with low level crimes like shoplifting & drug possession.
His brother made him a several day $1MIL loan to get on the radar of Trump. And it worked. He grifted the grifter & earned Trump’s endorsement with his willingness to spread baseless election conspiracies & prop up the heavily debunked 2000 Mules film.
🧵 Our current Attorney General, Mark Brnovich, has just waged war against Arizona women and our healthcare providers. Brnovich is falling back to a 100+ year old law, which would imprison doctors and others for providing abortion care.
This cannot stand. This will cause irreparable harm to our families, to our economy, to our businesses and to our healthcare providers. But most of all – this will harm women – and especially those women who already face numerous barriers to equitable healthcare.
As your next Attorney General, I will absolutely not allow the arrest or imprisonment of our reproductive healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, PAs, midwives, pharmacists or others. This is outrageous.
It is critical that Doctors, PA’s, nurses, midwives & doulas can safely counsel + support their patients/clients.
It is critical that anyone who endures the trauma of rape or incest is not forced to face the additional trauma of carrying a pregnancy to term if that isn’t their choice, without duress, to do so.
