Rick: One thing we've learned during the pandemic: in times of need, you produce what you need domestically. We didn't have that capability because our production was done overseas. Manufacturing is a national security issue, esp. w/ high-tech items.

Mike Lux: Now we've got Biden who's really thinking about how to build more things in America, about bringing jobs back to America. The very first bill he passed had Buy American provisions in it.

Mike Lux: Clinton & Obama were both good about certain things on certain issues but neither of them really "got" working people. The Democratic party moved away from its base. We were always supposed to be about workers; somewhere we lost sight of that.

Mike Lux: Democrats have to do a better job of selling what they did. What they've accomplished under Biden's leadership is phenomenal. We beat Big Pharma! As a result, drug prices will be going down.

Mike Lux: I have a friend in the solar industry, & the day the Inflation Reduction Act was passed, they announced a new solar plant in WV, 3000 jobs, & they'll be expanding their workforce to build solar panels here in America.
