Thread: Hindutva & Nazism: A Revised Perspective

Purpose of this thread is to analyze the recent statement by the Prime Minister of Pakistan in which he claimed that the political wing of RSS known as BJP is following the ideology of Adolf Hitler/Nazism. Intro: 1/3

Thread will revisit the historical context of the statement in both theory & practice of RSS. It is a basically an old-school research based on existing historical evidence which proves that current regime of India is following the ideology of fascism till date. Intro: 2/3

22 जनवरी 1999 की रात, जब वे उड़ीसा के मनोहरपुर के एक सुदूर गाँव में अपनी जीप में सोते थे, ऑस्ट्रेलिया में जन्मे ग्राहम स्टेन्स और उनके छोटे बेटे टिमोथी और फिलिप हिंदुत्व संगठन बजरंग दल के सदस्य से घिरे हुए थे। 1/एन

भीड़ ने सो रहे पिता-पुत्र तीनों पर तलवार और हथियारों से हमला किया, उनके वाहन में आग लगा दी गई. जागने के बाद उन्होंने जीप से भागने की कोशिश की, लेकिन उन्हें जबरन पीटा गया और जलती हुई जीप में डाल दिया गया। तीनों की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। 2/एन

उनका हत्यारा बजरंग दल के सदस्य और गायों के स्वयंभू रक्षक दारा सिंघ थे, जो मुस्लिम गाय व्यापारी को निशाना बनाने और मारने के लिए बदनाम थे। दारा सिंघ को मौत की सजा दी गई थी लेकिन 'हिंदू विशेषाधिकार' के कारण अपील पर सजा को उम्रकैद तक कम कर दिया गया था। 3/एन

उत्तराखंड के ऋषिकेश में रिसेप्शनिस्ट के रूप में काम करने वाली 19 वर्षीय लड़की अंकिता भंडारी की हत्या वरिष्ठ भाजपा नेता और उत्तराखंड के पूर्व मंत्री विनोद आर्य के बेटे पुलकित आर्य ने वेश्यावृत्ति में प्रवेश करने से इनकार करने पर कर दी।

मुख्य आरोपी पुलकित एक भाजपा नेता का बेटा है।

पुरानी बाजार में मोहम्मद नसीरुद्दीन के जनरल स्टोर को भगवा भीड़ ने जला दिया, इस घटना से उनके परिवार को भारी नुकसान हुआ।

यूपी के शाहजहांपुर में बंगाल से अजमेर जा रहे मुसलमानों के गाड़ी रोक कर सड़क किनारे नमाज़ पढ़ने पर हिंदू आतंकियों ने रोका और डरा धमका कर कान पकड़ कर माफी मंगवाई,

पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंच कर उल्टा 15 नमाजियों का चालान किया,कहीं कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी जा रही मुसलमानों को परेशान करने की।

Can one carry Bhajan, Kirtan, Pooja, Kanvad etc on train, bus, railway platform, bus stand, road etc but cannot offer Namaz? Which section of CrPC or which law of UP government prohibits Namaz in public place?
