They need to build #hospitals & employ #humans, not buy more tech. Have you ever been through a week where someone in your organisation didn't need the tech they use #troubleshooting?

Brexit lost us a lot of clinical staff. The staff in hospitals now are worked to the point of breaking & beyond. The answer isn't more tech. Tech needs to be integrated into a highly effective service with enough resources to cope.
AND just how many people are they going to have one health care assistant monitor one one of these #virtualwards? I dread to think.
