1/MtgMins: Tomorrow night the board (as part of their “routine business”) will vote to approve the minutes from the previous meeting on 9-14-22.

But currently that page shows 8-24-22 as the last mtg mins posted.

That can’t be! As you can see referenced in their board policy re: minutes, the law requires they be made available within 3 working days!

3/MtgMins: I can’t even tell you how common this violation is. (But I do keep receipts when I catch them!)

Also note board policy req’s minutes not yet board approved to be marked as “draft” or “unapproved.” They even reference that on EVERY AGENDA.

So does that ever happen?

5/MtgMins: Board policy (and even OML violations) aside, IF you had the date of this mtg, IN THEORY you could go get the minutes from the mtg after this one to see if these minutes were ever approved.

Here’s the problem with that though: they’ve been repeatedly caught…

10/MtgMins: At some point after 11-15-21 when those screenshots of the posted minutes were taken (see date stamps above) for the 11-15-21 🧵 about them, and 11-23-21 when @FrankNarducci was confronted about this issue… THEY MAGICALLY CHANGED!!!

Trust me when I tell you @FrankNarducci was confronted over this, that #SilentBarb was also made aware of it, and that Frank insisted on ignoring that this happened.

14/MtgMins: I’ll respect the choice to go private & not share all the SS’s but y’all need to know that very compelling proof of this (like the proof of the secret changes to the gross minutes which *poof* “vanished”) has publicly circulated before & DEFINITELY FUCKING EXISTS.
