Prior to hooking up with the New Blue Party, Luca Mele ran as an independent and expressed his opposition to all political parties.

Hilariously, he saved a lot of his venom for the PPC, not because the PPC is a far-right racist party associated with fringe lunatics like Jeremy MacKenzie, but because he thinks that Maxime Bernier is a “globalist” 5/

Luca is bad at math. First, when he posted this, there were over 700,000 deaths in the USA alone. Second, a survival rate is a percentage of the people who got COVID, not the people who didn’t get it. 9/
Let's also not ignore the fact that people who minimize COVID because it "only" killed hundreds of thousands (millions now) of people are absolute sociopaths. 10/

Finally, Luca was involved in promoting a “Save Our Children” rally in 2020. While this sounds like a good thing, the “Save Our Children” stuff from 2020 was a bunch of QAnon nonsense that only hampered real efforts to fight against trafficking and sucked people 14/
If you live in #Markham and you actually care about the children instead of QAnon nonsense, make sure you know your school board candidates and vote. Keep far-right conspiracy theorists like Luca Mele off the school board.
