Real world assets (aka #RWA) often require a legal framework built around centralized parties. For example you can’t own a building through a DAO - a person or legal entity needs to sign the deeds in that jurisdiction
This is the same for @landxfinance who use validators to bridge the gap between legal ownership and on-chain tokenized assets. Validators are responsible for organizing the lien documents and carrying out the legal process
#Blockchains are open by nature which creates transparency around the validator operations and the underlying assets. There is always a detailed, provable, historic record of transactions and on-chain records
