A Republican judge in Louisiana ordered a 7-year-old victim of sex crimes to attend unsupervised visits at the location where 2 men abused her. Jeffrey Cashe is the same family court judge who ordered a rape victim to pay child support to the POS who impregnated her as a minor.
"Judge Jeffrey Cashe made the child attend unsupervised visits with the child's mother at the home where the alleged abuse took place. Brett Schliegelmeyer, the child's father, said even the Department of Children and Family Services is perplexed by this." wbrz.com/news/despite-c…
I tweeted about Jeffrey Cashe 3 months ago when he gave custody of a rape victim's child to a pedophile rapist and ordered her to pay child support. Now he's subjecting more sex crime victims to trauma. This should be much bigger news.
A cop in Florida engaged in explicit conversations with a 17-year-old girl while looking at nude images and videos of her that she had on her phone, and then groped her breasts and butt. No audio recordings or video footage was recovered. Bobby Lubrido still hasn't been charged.
When Bobby Lubrido isn't sexually abusing minors, he's arresting them for not having ID, even if they don't look old enough to drive. I don't feel safe with this many criminal cops having power over our kids.
Here's a clip from a few years ago where he's harassing Black youth:
"Bobby Lubrido, 43, is not facing any criminal charges stemming from the allegations — that he first engaged in inappropriate and explicit conversations while looking at naked photos of the girl on her cellphone before groping her buttocks and breasts." tampabay.com/news/crime/202…
A school district in Missouri will reinstate corporal punishment for kids by spanking them with a paddle. In 1977, the Supreme Court ruled that corporal punishment was constitutional. 19 states still allow it and they're mostly all red states in the south.
"PrOtEcT tHe KiDs"
There is no federal law in America that addresses corporal punishment in public or private schools. The states that still allow it are AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, and WY.
In 1970, an 8th grade student in Florida was spanked so hard with a paddle over 20 times that he suffered a hematoma.
In 1977, his case made it to SCOTUS, where they ruled that the 8th amendment clause prohibiting "cruel and unusual punishments" didn't apply to students.
A super PAC is funding a lawsuit in Missouri to block marijuana legalization from appearing on the ballot despite the petitioners meeting all the requirements required by the state. Great people work their ass off to help America, while the wealthy hide behind super PACs and sue.
The "Protect Our Kids" super PAC that's funding anti-democratic lawsuits was created by "Smart Approaches to Marijuana" which was founded by Patrick Kennedy, a nephew of JFK and former Democratic congressman, and Kevin Sabet, a drug policy advisor for Clinton, Bush, and Obama. 🤨
Under the terms of the Citizens United SCOTUS ruling, fascist organizations like the "Protect Our Kids" super PAC can raise and spend unlimited amounts of dark money from the rich and powerful to subvert the people's will and keep marijuana illegal for as long as possible.
