Let's take you back to April 2022, the Father of Victor @dnsv123 is an active member of #elrond community, particularly @Superrare_bears making graphics, gifs & memes. Everything going well, however sadly he shares some heartbreaking news 😢 his 1 year old son Victor has

been diagnosed with type 1 SMA.
SMA is a rare condition.
The main treatment is Zolgensma by Pharma company @Novartis costing $2.1 million. 😱

Spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) is a genetic condition that makes the muscles weaker and causes problems with movement.

Type 1 being the worst, chances of survival without treatment are slim if not treated.

This news promoted by the @superrare_bears team & community to make a series of tweets to try & bring awareness to this awful disease & help a fellow community member.

This call to action was answered by many projects & individuals in the community & people started to get behind it, although there were some sceptics at that time, but that's expected in this space.

43 projects & several individuals from the @elrondnetwork united & started working together for a single aim, helping Victor & bringing awareness about the terrible consequences of #SMA as a disease
