1/ Gno.land will be the hub of Gnolang chains with the intention of providing libraries for building other chains’ contracts as well as a way to reward people for developing good contracts or libraries.
2/ Gnolang language is inspired by Golang, and it aims to be a good entry point for web3 developers as it is structured the same as developing an app in Golang but for building smart contracts.
Instead of app chains, Gnolang is envisioning IBC as an internet of smart contracts.
3/ The strength of the framework includes a few key traits:
-Automatic documentation
-Same API for the Web, TXs and cross-contract calls
-Built-in gas-less rendering with support of parameters
4/ Proof of Contribution is how Gno.land secures the chain, you can only earn Gnosh tokens by making contributions, all chain fees will be placed into a bucket and distributed amongst Gnosh holders, validators, and developers of the smart contracts and libraries.
5/ A gnode is an approach to manage a network of DAOs and will be used to manage the Gno ecosystem using a bottom-up approach. Gnodes are completely linked to proof of contribution, and their structure is how the growing Gnolang ecosystem will be managed.
6/ Gnodes are flexible implementations of a Gnolang smart-contract interface enforcing strict cooperation, and we hope that in the future that it will be applicable for many functions.
7/ If you are curious to Gno more, be sure to check out this keynote from @moul at #cosmoverse:

1/ The first Gno.Land blog post is out and there is a substantial amount of information to dive into with its release. Let's take a moment to summarize some contents, for those of you that CAN take the time to read it, here is the link. test3.gno.land/r/gnoland/blog
2/ Gno.land (pronounced no-land) is a layer 1 smart contract platform created by Jae Kwon, co-founder of Cosmos and Tendermint. It intends to address a lack of transparency, auditability, and fairness when it comes to rewarding contributors to the blockchain.
3/ Gno.land offers succinctness, composability, expressivity, and completeness not found in any other smart contract platform; we aim to challenge the regime of information censorship that we find ourselves living in today.
