California is now a sanctuary state where kids from across the U.S. can runaway to for puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries, without parental consent.

The State of California will refuse to return the child home.

Non-custodial parents can also kidnap the child and bring them to California, where the state will ignore custody agreements, arrest warrants, and court orders from other states.

California Democrats, led by Scott Wiener and Gavin Newsom, can now maim and sterilize your child, against your will, no matter where you live in the United States.

Gavin Newsom had the nerve to say this about his child abuse law which completely undermines parents:

“Parents know what’s best for their kids, and they should be able to make decisions around the health of their children without fear. We must take a stand for parental choice.”

In a just world, Gavin Newsom would be rotting in jail for a very long time. His words are the the exact opposite of the bill he just signed.

It has stripped parents from every state in the union of their rights to protect their own child.

This law can’t possibly be constitutional and needs to be challenged at the Supreme Court.

Every child in trans groups on social media will learn that the easy way to bypass mom and dad is to go to California, and there will be no shortage of creeps to traffic them there.
