RU 27th Separate Guards Motor Rifle Brigade from the 1st GTA has been geolocated to this area, they lost a few T-90A. The AFU are making incremental gains in this area.

Lyman area
RU BARS-13 retreated from Drobysheve and UA 81st Airmobile brigade moved in and liberated the settlement. The AFU also liberated Yampil tightening the noose around Lyman. Image
There are some reports from RU channels about a jump over Zherebets river, I'm considering this a rumor at this is point. I also checked satellite today for any sign of a UA bridgehead around Bilohorivka, there were no bridges.
The RU units I are in the Lyman area are:
752nd GMRR
Reservists units BARS 13 and 16
208th Motor Rifle Regiment LDNR
119th regiment with mobilized reserves LDNR Image
Bakhmut
RuAF are making are on the offensive south of Bakhmut, but it does not look like they have made any progress. The AFU repulsed attacks in the area of Zaitseve, Mayorsk, Vesela Dolyna, Bakhmutske, Odradivka, Kurdyumivka, New York and Pervomais'ke by Donetsk. ImageImage

Ukrainian Drone hit the Deng Xiaoping Logistics Complex which is part of the Alabuga Special Economical Zone. The Alabuga SEZ is where they produce the Shahed drone.
The DXLC is a railway logistics center being built in partnership with China to support the fast growing Alabuga SEZ. Image
At the actual SEZ they are expanding at a rapid pace, they are building on site housing and/or office space for tens of thousands of employees. Their goal is likely to significantly scale up the production of drones. Image

The reason the confidence is low, is a lack of data. They simply dont have enough information to know yet. Desplite that, the US President proclaims complete destruction, an assesment likely based more on his whishes than any intelligence.
