Based on recent information, I think it's likely the Russians are/have retreated from the Lyman area. It seems like they are getting hit by AFU recon/SOF while trying to leave.
I don't think the AFU intended to actually close the encirclement, but rather to get the orcs on the run, it's better to hit them on the move and less prepared positions. It's also very likely the approaches to the town has been heavily mined.
Looking at the videos supposedly from the Kreminna area from yesterday, I'm not sure the Russians have that place under control either.
I think it's possible RuAF have used the time they gained from holding Lyman to make some kind of prepared positions and mine fields. If they haven't I think we are going to see another fast pace offensive by the AFU.
GSUA reported 62 shelling locations today.

There is one interesting fire on the east bank of the Dnipro, looks like -1 ammo storage for the Russians.
Sorry I broke the thread, so re-posting
Bakhmut - Donetsk
Ru sources reported an offensive in this area a few days ago. It seems like it did not lead to any kind of progress. The RuAF keep sacrificing cannon fodder in this area, in most areas they had no progress at all the last 2 months.
The AFU repulsed attacks in the area of Kozacha Lopan, Bakhmut, Vesela Dolyna, Zaitseve, Pervomaiske, New York and Soledar.
The exact status regarding Lyman is still unclear. I think it's likely some or all of the Russian forces there tried to retreat. But it's not impossible some pockets of resistance still exist in the area. We will just have patience and wait.
Lyman - liberated
I consider Lyman liberated based on video from outside the building RU used as headquarters, or at least where they did all their daily video briefs.
