I’m saying he is repeating Russian propaganda lines, because “ошибка Хрущева” (Khrushchev’s mistake) is legitimately an almost completely domestic, Russian language term in reference to Crimea.
Also, re: “Water supply to Crimea assured”, I talked about the Crimean canal as a serious Russian chafing point back in early 2021.
