4. Mishandling non-cooperation movement: for the first time ever the people of india had become involved in such numbers for a national cause. Just because of a stray incident in a little town, he withdrew the movement from the entire country.

At last, he played good politics to make Nehru as Prime Minister rather than Sardar Vallabbhai Patel.

At last, I would like to say that he was one of the dirtiest political minded people and without him also we could have got independence and could have got independent much earlier also without partition maybe

I totally don't consider him as Father of the Nation and I think our Currency should have photos of the real freedom fighters like Bhagat Singh, Sardar Patel, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and many others who sacrificed their lives.
