Note that there is a second area of interest being monitored by NHC a further East also in Hurricane alley.

Latest NHC advisory on the two areas of interest identified as possible cyclonic seeding grounds. 2nd image shows the 2nd area which is given a fairly high 70% chance of development by the NHC over five days - nothing much to see there yet though.
Neither the latest GFS nor ECMWF model runs show #Invest91L developing at present. And the path of the more easterly disturbance should it develop is well away from land.
Finally Major #HurricaneOrlene is on final approach to landfall in Eastern Mexico.
Satellite and track imagery of the forecast landfall. It appears to be an area of intensive agriculture with relatively low population. The nearest major town/city is Mazatlan 30 kms north. OXXO El Walamo Town is relatively close to the estuary you see in the satellite image.
