a 🧵🪡
NATURAL FAMILY PLANNING using Calender method: increases a woman’s understanding of her body and her menstrual cycle and this helps them to know which part of the month she is most LIKELY to get pregnant, if practiced correctly.

34 days 17th day - 23rd day

35 days 18th day - 24th day

................
👉 Let me Explain using WOMEN with 28 #days menstrual cycle : Your Ovulation starts from the 11th day (starting from the 1st flow) to 17th day (Peak period is USUALLY on the 14th day).
* In some cases, the ovulation may start on the 10th - 17th.
*How to remember the Peak period : 14 is the "Median" between 11 - 17*
......

- Pregnancy is prevented by not having sexual intercourse during the OVULATION or by using Contraceptives (such as Oral Contraceptives, Condom, etc)

- Alternatively, if a woman wants to get pregnant,
she can know when is the best time to have intercourse that is most likely to result in a pregnancy.

- The more regular a woman’s cycle is, the more reliable this method is.

People with Diabetes should NEVER WALK BAREFOOT even inside their homes

WHY?
Diabetes DESTROYS the nerves in d foot which can lead to decreased sensations, so they don't know if they may be injured

It also destroys arteries which affects Oxygen delivery needed for wound healing ImageImageImage
The combination of lowered OXYGEN & increased BLOOD SUGAR creates an environment that makes it DIFFICULT for wounds to Heal

These wounds become infected because the high sugar encourages microbes to grow.

All these may lead to that part of the foot DYING & needing to be CUT OFF
Diabetic foot ulcer can happen over time when high blood sugar DAMAGES the NERVES & blood vessels in the feet.

The nerve damage, called DIABETIC NEUROPATHY, can cause numbness, tingling, pain, or a loss of sensation in your feet.
