#HCButel ends the European journey in the second qualification round of #EHFEL after Alpla Hard deservedly won in the second leg (21-25) too at the Boris Trajkovski national arena in Skopje. ❌

Quality over quantity in roster, even with 1⃣4⃣ players, the Austrian... 🇲🇰 #Handball
club was much better.

The experienced goalkeeper and former #HCVardar player, Doknić was exceptional between the sticks and denied #Butel's attempt to mount a comeback. Also, with each passing minute the nervousness within the hosts' squad evolved and they missed plenty of...
sitters too.

However, even though Alpla Hard was clearly better opponent, the role of the referees in the final result shouldn't be underestimated as they made a ton of mistakes in clutch moments and #EHFEL should take a look at their performance.

The bright spot in Butel's...
squad was the cameo of the extremely young, Damjan Subashevski who scored four goals from four attempts in just a few minutes on the court.

Subashevski is a 17-year-old right wing and product of #Metalurg's renowned academy who moved to Butel this season to aid his development.

#Pelister is the only Macedonian club playing in European competitions this season and the Bitola-based club has a big burden on the shoulders. 🟢⚪️

Much-needed changes were made by Eurofarm in the squad with a lot of players leaving the club, but I believe... 🇲🇰 #Handball
the board made the right decision to axe the coach and let players like Mandalinić leave.

The newcomers are very, very good especially Bezjak, Hosni and Seri among others who are growing into key players and I like that Kuzmanoski and Kosteski are being given a chance in the...
first team to establish themselves.

#Pelister has had a great start of the season with securing the third place at #SEHAFinal4 and winning the #Macedonia Super Cup trophy against #HCVardar.

With the domestic league split in two groups and no derby against #Vardar until 2023...

Goran Pandev announced his decision to retire on 2⃣2⃣ of September and just four days later, the #Macedonia national team played at the national arena Toshe Proeski in front of 🔟 thousand spectators in Skopje. 🔚

Can you believe that the Football Federation of 🇲🇰 failed... 🧵
to use the occasion and honour the legendary career of undoubtedly, the greatest ever player in the history of #Macedonia? Also, not even a statement was released on the official website about Pandev's retirement, feel free to check, not a single word on his retirement, disgrace!
Everybody knows that the relationship between the federation and Goran Pandev is completely strained, but not even recognizing his retirement with a single post, statement or even a shirt gifted to him ahead of the match on Monday is a miserable behaviour by the federation.
