USD rises because of the US proxy war. Most nations see the world reserve currency as a safe haven in times of war. Now the US can export its inflation to other nations. This time it is kicking them into the slaughterhouse. The failing US Empire needed this war to rob the world. 
The next step is a US Central Bank Digital Currency cutting out all middle-men, prohibiting all competing cryptos, gaining full surveillance of all money flows, establishing a new social credit and sanctions system and converting US debt into bits. That plan is doomed to fail.
After the inevitable economic collapse (soon) the world won’t trust the US to be the authority for a new future financial system. The multipolar order rises. USD won’t be a reserve currency and the US will have to compete on a level playing field. It’s either that or nuclear war.
