In an weird twist this guy, whose name I think now can be revealed (Sergey Surkov) drops with yet another complaints and allegations against their commanders and organizers of the Russian mobilization. Says they're "somewhere in Belgorod region". t.me/insiderUKR/428…
There are some other videos too from the spot: soldiers complain that they have no food, weapons are old and stuff. t.me/rybar/39798
I didn't geolocate it yet, but wherever it's filmed it starts to smell like a staged story now a little bit for me (TBC)
The video was posted on and being reposted by pro-Wagner channels, which matches Prigozhin's "Fire Shojgu" narrative (t.me/rsotmdivision/…). Also some Wagner patches are visible on it. Nearly all "poor mobiks" on the video wear balaclavas
(I think patches are just a kind of Prigozhin's "Easter egg" here). The guy also makes a weird claim they've all (he says 500 people) got COVID on that train.
Here's Rybar's video with the Wagner patches filmed at the same location t.me/rybar/39798
Video can be geolocated here: 50.44419° N, 38.30003° E (h/t @merr1k), other sources confirm it's Livenka, Belgirod region. t.me/agentstvonews/…
Russian MoD makes ridiculous claim that these guys headed to Mulino for training. If they departed from Moscow to Belgorod and then for training to Mulino, their route would look like this:
(And I say "departed from Moscow" because same "Sergey Surkov" posted his 1st complaints video from there 2 week ago).
There's still plenty to investigate, I leave some space for "it's all for real" theory, just shared my concerns and will continue to look into this story.
Just noticed one more Wagner associated patch on one of the men in balaclavas. After watching this video for several times I clearly see the group of 8-10 people hiding their faces and better equipped than others.
Great recap of the whole story by @mediazzzona. We dug together all day, but didn't find evidence of Prigozhin's direct involvement. The fact though is "Putin's cook" and his media channels jumped heavily on the stories about poor mobilization management. zona.media/article/2022/1…

🧵/ link in the last tweet. Together with @pustota we found interesting details about unit 14118, from where Russian "nuclear train" departed. No, it’s not where Russia stores nukes, but "top-secret regime" allowed several people to steal millions of RU MoD funds allocated to it.
Geolocation is already done by other Twitter sleuths like @Bazinga00264477, so I only have to confirm: the train departed from the unit 14118, which is actually a car and rail park of 12-th GUMO – RU MoD Chief Directorate responsible for storing and transporting nuclear weapons.
The unit 14118 itself is not big. There are several online groups where people share their experience of serving there. It has just three companies: a fire brigade, an automobile company and a guards company.
🧵Yet another video with Russian mobilized left in the field to freeze popped up this morning (archive.ph/Tvqdk). I geolocated it: it was filmed in the same military unit, where 24 conscripts died back in 2015 because they barrack collapsed.
Shortened translation: "They left us in an open field, not clear what are we going to do here. We are not alone, there are about 800 people. We are waiting, we are not the first here and not the last in such a situation, burning fires, frying sausages, sleeping in the fresh air".
I geolocated the video as filmed here: 54.892875, 73.484802, near the 242nd Training Centre of the Airborne Forces. @GeoConfirmed
🧵/ link in the last tweet. There’s a new video of Russian mobilized complaining they were just dropped in the field without tents and food. Together with @pustota we geolocated it and found some details about the case. archive.ph/qhSCj
Translation 1/2: "We’re mobilized people. We were brought there and dropped in the field. There’s nothing here, we’re building a fire. I’m a senior reserve lieutenant of the medical service. Nobody was waiting for us. They promise [some developments] the next morning".
Translation 2/2 "They didn’t give us a tent or even a stove. Our bus is gone. No one needs us. We didn’t receive dry rations, either. They didn’t pay us our enlistment bonus. We’re self-organizing now, electing superiors among ourselves".
🧵 Here's a video of a Russian soldier who was mobilized recently. He was sent to the "1st tank regiment" (probably 2nd Guards Motor Rifle Division) and says they will be sent to Kherson in 2 days without any basic training. I found his VK and reached out to him.
Here's full translation of his address. 1/2: "Hi everyone, the first tank regiment is here. We were officially told that there would be no training before we will be sent to the war zone. The regiment’s commanders confirmed this. On September 29 we’re will be sent to Kherson".
Translation, 2/2: "Think for yourself, decide for yourself what to do with it in the future. There was no shooting training, no theoretical training, nothing".
1/6 Apparently, in Alchevsk, occupied Luhansk region, a former local steel plant sanatorium was hit today. Wonder what was or who lived there. There are several buildings near the main residential one.
🧵1/7 Russia continues to steal Ukrainian grain from occupied territories, as the video uploaded yesterday by Russian truck driver in Crimea shows.
2/7 This guy is driving from Melitopol (occupied Zaporizhzhya region) to Simferopol. He stops in Dzhankoy (45.711617, 34.412488) and says:
3/7 "In short, it’s the mess here! A lot of grain trucks! The queue is like this... they’re all the grain carriers, arrived from Ukraine, standing on the road shoulders. Look, the Iteco guys, they went to Kerch" (ITECO is a Russian transport company).
