Luthner: Not everyone is equal under the law, Listen and ask, see what we're not seeing
What is your plan to reduce violent crime in MN?

Kreun: Abortion is legal until moment of birth in MN. That's an extreme position, hearing that there is little support for either extreme at the doors.
How do we fix highway 65?
Kreun: Get met council under control. Secure funding from state and feds.
Luthner: Invite people to visit during rush hour so the see how bad it is.
Support national popular vote?
Luthner: Unsure about the question. Secure in our election system. Calls election concerns "manufactured hype"
Kreun: No. We live in a constitutional republic. Electoral college is important to smaller states like MN so we have fair representation.

There's a reason why @AGEllison filed a civil suit, not a criminal suit. The burden of proof is significantly lower.
He absolutely cannot prove Fleet Farm violated criminal law. Instead, he's relying on a thinly constructed theory of negligence by FF.
Horton, one of the individuals mentioned int he complaint bought 33 firearms over the course of 4 months from federally licensed dealers. 24 of them from Fleet Farm.
Each one of those sales went through the NICS background check system, and was greenlit by the FBI.
The Feds acknowledge in their cases against the straw buyers (that's right, the state did nothing to prosecute these gun traffickers) that Fleet Farm followed the law.
Horton went to 4 different Fleet Farms, DKMags, and Frontiersman Sports to get his guns.
