Billionaires, and their enablers are, in evolutionary terms, parasitoids. The difference between a parasitoid and a parasite, is a parasitoid always kills its host.

The analogy is very close.

Typically, a parasitoid devours its host from the inside, leaving only an empty husk and then those parasitoids that emerge, fly off to find another host.

Billionaires, with their growing their wealth obsession, growth, are aiming to devour all the Earth's natural resources to growth their wealth. Then, once they've sucked the Earth dry and killed it, they dream of flying to Mars, and starting all over again.

Please feel free to point out the inconsistencies in my analogy?

There is one I can think of. A healthy population of parasitoids, relies on a healthy population of its hosts, as if the population of the host species declines, then so does the population of parasitoids.

However, even this is analogous at a deep level. In reality, even billionaires are totally reliant on the natural systems they are sucking dry, and their Mars fantasies are just that, futile fantasies.

Yes, growthism and billionaires are a different class of parasitoids, because they are a whole system parasitoid, and not a particular species parasitoid - so in reality they are devouring themselves. #antigrowthcoalition
