Here is how I find my information. My stratigy.
1st I find myself on a government page.
The next couple steps I will do is search a specific word or will read the (press release,blog,news) depending on how I feel. Usually following the breadcrumbs off of a government site is safer than just clicking links on news.
Now some sites will use the same tab to take you to what you click on so usually I like to right click and open in new tab so I don't lose my spot i started in and that is why you can always see so many open tabs on my screen shots.
