12 km NW of Maur Mandi is the village of Balianwali.

It appears to be a normal village but in its centre is a fort built by the maternal grandfather of #MaharajaRanjitSingh Image
#Balianwali actually belonged to Alam Singh, brother of Gajpat Singh but when he died falling off a horse,so the estate passed on the Gajpat Singh in 1764 who built this mud and brick fort in response to strengthen his position. Image

ਮੇਰਾ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਜਨਾਬੰਦੀ ਦੀ ਘਾਟ ਹੈ।ਆਪਣੇ 15 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਜ਼ਰਬੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੈਂ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਹਕੀਕਤ ਬਾਰੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਕੁਝ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ।ਅੱਜ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਾਂਗਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਹੁਕਮ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ 15,000 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ👇

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਭਗ 12,581 ਪਿੰਡ ਹਨ। ਹਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੀ ਆਬਾਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਕਾਰ ਵੱਖਰਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। 13,241 ਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਪੰਚਾਇਤਾਂ ਲਗਭਗ 14,000 ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਦੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ 'ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਲਈ 15,000 ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਸਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਐਡਜਸਟ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
