At Sarah Palin’s rally tonight, she had a James Brown cover act warm up the almost completely empty room before her speech.
Palin comes on and gives a somewhat unusual speech about her opponent: “Mary Peltola, I love her! She’s adorable. She’s sweet, she’s wonderful. We’re friends. We were pregnant at the same time. We’re good friends, I really love her. But AK cannot afford a Democrat in office.”

People seem to be confused about this. She only lost the special election to fill the seat until the end of the year. But now she is running for the full two-year term decided next month.
