Following my new Boris concept to make him more fair and popular without angering people who dislike automatic systems like sentry gun.
Background: Boris sentry gun had several reviews as it dominated the battlefield especially while it was very hard to destroy and the automatic firing was tracking through walls and was powerful.

Nowadays the sentry gun makes Boris one of the weaker Specialists.
The reason why the community wanted him to be nerfed was mainly the tracking, but especially people disliked it as it requires no skill to kill other players.

However, currently the gun can be easily destroyed and does not help much to defend areas as intended.
How can we fix this?

1. Remote control: similar to Caspers drone it can be controlled remotely. This is additional to the automatic mode.

2. Probably not needed to make it stronger, but alone player control makes it just better to defend areas

3. Optional review sentry health
Why would this be better?

Now skill is required to kill others with the sentry. That will likely is more acceptable for the community.

At the same time the sentry is still weak, so probably won't survive very long without other defenders.
How about the automatic system?

It can remain as initial mode which works as before. However, boris can leave the sentry and remotely control it from a small distance (e.g. 100m).

So he can support the team by keeping enemy team busy while others can "regroup".
How does it work?

1. Sentry is placed by Boris and works automatically
2. If Boris is near sentry it's more effective
3. Boris can remote control sentry by the same button, now opens a notebook like Casper has.
4. Leave remote control it goes back to auto mode

Disruptive Thinking. What exactly is it?
It's the acceptance of a world that roots on contradictions: The economics of a buisness trying to optimize and reduce cost to reach operational efficiency. And at the same time such processes slow down the change in a company.
So, is change really needed? Do we have to change us constantly or is this just disrupting our workflow?

Short answer: Yes. And No.

Companies facing a more challenges then ever. Slow reacting hierarchical structures that are overly optimized cannot react to new developments.
Products are often evolutionarily optimized. The market of companies in markets like cars is a good example for this behavior.

Having too much change risks the market of the current product. They would create an inhouse concurrence or higher risk of failure.
