Following my new Boris concept to make him more fair and popular without angering people who dislike automatic systems like sentry gun. Background: Boris sentry gun had several reviews as it dominated the battlefield especially while it was very hard to destroy and the automatic firing was tracking through walls and was powerful.

It's the acceptance of a world that roots on contradictions: The economics of a buisness trying to optimize and reduce cost to reach operational efficiency. And at the same time such processes slow down the change in a company. So, is change really needed? Do we have to change us constantly or is this just disrupting our workflow?

Short answer: Yes. And No.

Companies facing a more challenges then ever. Slow reacting hierarchical structures that are overly optimized cannot react to new developments.
