Sen. @scherargei makes a statement on the exemplary performance by @EliudKipchoge, Amos Kipruto and Joyciline Jepkosgei in Berlin and London Marathons respectively. #BungeLiveSEN
.@EliudKipchoge won the 2022 #BerlinMarathon on September 25th in a world record time of 2:01:09, this was 30 seconds faster than his previous world record of 2:01:39 set in 2019. - @scherargei #BungeLiveSEN
Kipchoge, aged 37, led wire to wire to the finish line and was followed in the second place by Mark Korir, of Kenya, who finished the race 5 minutes behind Kipchoge with a time of 2:05:58. - @scherargei #BungeLiveSEN
Kipchoge's victory was his 4th in Berlin and 17th overall in a career spanning over 19 marathon stats including two on non-record, eligible demo races. - @scherargei #BungeLiveSEN
