Another moronic crap from @svembu .. Not having the platforms, environment to produce something DOES NOT mean you dont possess the expertise or skill to produce it.. And there isnt any great software even today that India can brag about..
What is domain expertise?.. Its not necessarily having the skills to do everything.. Its the ability to CONCEIVE ideas & execute the concept.. the way Steve Jobs did.. India may not lack in those skills.. but ideas dont get support or get stunted
And if at all some Indian does come up with some great idea.. his funding will depend on whether he is Dalit, Muslim or Sikh... Hahaha... Thats what @narendramodi has ensured & hes ribbon cutting "Vande Bharat".. with a lipstick nose.. @svembu
I dont agree about Kannadigas.. they too riot a lot over language.. may be a bit lesser than the Dumeels... but there is a parochial trend among Kannadiagas about their language..

1/2.. Stupid laws.. Stupid Judiciary... Over the years... the US has matured in defining "Sexual Assault" as a comprehensive legal offensive.. terms like rape, molestation, penetration are not in vogue anymore in US law.. Unconsented sexual invasion of body or part is enough.. Image
2/2.. For all his blabber about laws.. @narendramodi hasnt converted all rape, forced intercourse, forced body invasion, molestation etc into ONE SINGLE term & law> "Sexual Assault".. And the stupid judiciary then defines what is "intercourse" in absence of a comprehensive law! Image
PS: The US now uses only 2 terms for sexual offences.. 1) Sexual Assault - comprehensive term for all unconsented sexual violence.. 2) Statutory Rape - when the victim is below the age of consent... Learn some good things from the US.. instead of only disco lights @narendramodi Image
