What they don't say is how many of those children are actually IN THERAPY vs. on a waitlist for therapy.

What they also fail to mention is that a good chunk of those children they are counting have hit the 1 year mark and have now had to stop therapy (2)

While waiting for their next round of funding. @DrFullertonMPP claims that it is a "seamless transition" but that is only the case if you have THOUSANDS in the bank or on credit to be able to pay upfront and get reimbursed at some point. (3)

Beyond that, this information is more than 2 months old! They have said, repeatedly, for over a YEAR, that they are on track to bring in 8000 kids by Fall 2022. There are 66 days left of Fall and we can't get an update.

Now let's just make this perfectly clear. THEY CREATED THIS MESS.

They are the ones who demolished the OAP.

They are the ones who created the Childhood Budget, an income tested, age based, program and (5)

Then they were shocked parents and advocates protested.

They were the ones who scrapped the Childhood Budget (kinda) and replaced it with Interim One Time Funding, which was literally the SAME THING.

They were the ones who continued to send funding through (6)

Both funding models at the same time for months, creating more chaos and confusion.

They are the ones who created this new program, rolling it out backwards and at a snails pace. They spent almost 2 years on a pilot of this program and still can't get it right!(7)

And now they use this chaos as an excuse to keep families in the dark. This is unacceptable. Families need to know what is going on.

@DrFullertonMPP and @fordnation are cowards. They hide behind municipal elections so they do not have to face the fact that (8)

Once again, for like the 6th time, they are going to miss another self imposed deadline for the Ontario Autism Program and the children that they are neglecting. (9)
