AZ AG’s Office asked the FBI and IRS to investigate the group featured in #2000Mules—True the Vote—alleging it rebuffed requests to share documentary evidence.
TTV replied that’s “false and smacks of retribution for the AG’s own decision to ignore suspicious voting activity.”
TTV was also surprised to learn investigators from the AG’s Office “violated the confidentiality that should have been afforded to informants in an ongoing criminal investigation by the AG’s office releasing to media the identity of private citizens who had provided information.”
According to True the Vote, “It was clear that the intent of this was to chill the investigation and send a warning to those who had mistakenly believed law enforcement would protect them.”
This eroded trust.
In TTV’s official response, they addressed the data: “As was stated in their March 2022 complaint, the data used by True the Vote is available to any law enforcement agency which issues a lawful subpoena for the data.”
TTV added AZ AG’s office wasn’t serious in its investigation
“TRUE THE VOTE RESPONDS TO OPEN LETTER OF ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL’S OFFICE”
“Arizona Attorney General’s Office asks FBI, IRS to investigate group behind ‘2000 Mules’”
The AG’s Office accuses TTV founder Catherine Engelbrecht and contractor Gregg Phillips of providing misleading info to them and other law enforcement groups.
Remember that @GeneralBrnovich was a candidate this year, potentially sparking his renewed ‘interest’ in election integrity. He lost his primary to Blake Masters.
There’s also this tidbit from a TTV presentation in May to members of the Arizona legislature. 👇🏻🤔

They were horrified, saying that it was “anti-trans information.”

The Fetterman campaign has declined repeated requests to interview his doctors or review updated medical information beyond what it has previously released. (The Washington Post)
The last public update from a doctor of Fetterman's was 4+ months ago. Does he sound fit for office?
In the last update on June 3, Fetterman's cardiologist said 'surgery conducted 17 days earlier to install a defibrillator was to treat a previously undisclosed diagnosis of cardiomyopathy, and not for atrial fibrillation as the campaign originally claimed,' per @washingtonpost.
Fetterman spokesman Joe Calvello said "John is clearly sharp and healthy, & he also still has a lingering auditory processing issue that his doctors expect will go away," yet the campaign declined to make him available for an interview. 🙄
