NBC News: Federal prosecutors say sensitive U.S. military technology has been found in Russian weapons systems recovered in Ukraine.
They've charged a group of Russians with illegally purchasing the technology through a network of shell companies and fake documentation.
The indictment (and our story to come) stems from a FBI New York investigation and a Justice Department Task Force KleptoCapture investigation which also involves illicit sales of Venezuelan oil to a Russian aluminum company controlled by an oligarch and a Chinese oil company.

NBC News: The FBI has made an arrest in connection with a hoax bomb threat against Boston Children's Hospital.
The charges are expected to be announced at approximately 4pm today.
It is not related to the incident at Northeastern University.
MORE: The FBI says they arrested a woman from Westfield, MA for calling in a threat a bomb threat allegedly saying "you better evacuate everyone you sickos."
She faces up to 5 years in prison for making a false telephonic bomb threat.
Catherine Leavy or Westfield, MA is charged with a single count of making a false telephonic bomb threat which carries up to 5 years in prison if convicted.
She allegedly told the hospital, “you better evacuate everyone you sickos.”
NBC News: At approximately 7:15pm a person at Boston’s Northeastern University sustained hand lacerations and other minor injuries when they attempted to open a Pelican-type case and a minor explosion occurred, multiple law enforcement officials tell @jonathan4ny and myself.
The Boston Police bomb squad is being joined by the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force in investigating the incident and are trying to determine who is responsible for this and another suspected device found.
Officials say a note was found, though there are few other details.
There are a lot of people speculating motive and the reason why the location was picked and like the Boston Marathon bombing a lot of this speculation turns out to be inaccurate.
The investigation is in its early stages and nothing points to a lot of the motives suggested below
NEW: The Justice Department asserts in a filing that some of the documents seized from Mar-A-Lago were so sensitive and classified that in some instances the FBI agents and DOJ attorneys needed additional security clearances to review them.
NBC News: Former Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg is expected to plead guilty to criminal charges tied to his indictment by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office as soon as this Thursday at 9am, according to two people familiar with the matter and a public court filing
Terms of the plea have not immediately been disclosed.
A spokesperson for the Manhattan D.A.'s office declined to comment.
There's no indication of any cooperation agreement against the former president.
NEW: Federal prosecutors ask judge to keep Trump search warrant affidavit sealed "to protect the integrity of an ongoing law enforcement investigation that implicates national security."
They write, "Disclosure at this juncture of the affidavit supporting probable cause would, by contrast [to previously unsealed filings], cause significant and irreparable damage to this ongoing criminal investigation."
NEW: The shooter in Uvalde, TX had an AR-style rifle, had no criminal history, had no employment, had no friends or girlfriend, and had attended a local high school, according to Texas DPS spokesperson, Lt. Christopher Olivarez in an interview with @KerryNBC
@KerryNBC Texas DPS now says the shooter had a tactical carrier which can be fitted with ballistic protection or it may not be fitted with that protection. It was not body armor they say, upon further review of the scene.
@KerryNBC MORE: The shooter, Salvador Rolando Ramos, had no criminal history, Texas DPS says.
They say during the course of the shooting he barricaded himself in a classroom while shooting at kids and teachers,
They also say the victims have been removed from the school overnight.
