In Canada Junior Hockey Players are bought, sold & traded, Women were left out of Junior Hockey system. It is rooted to a culture of “The promised son”. Hazing traumatized players for generations. A good book to read on it is Crossing the Lines by Laura Robertson.

Canada’s Constitution has the mandate to serve British Empire and Provinces but it omits responsibility for Federal Jurisdictional people (Indigenous & unceded). Fiscally this is anti competitive abuse of dominance. Sexual abuses were part of this underlying fiscal abuse.
Rape and fostering rape culture is an anti competitive abuse of dominance by Canada and British Empire against women, Indigenous people and children to advance British Treasury and Commonwealth. We need to address it like #mindgeek & Visa.
My view: if Canada is serious about reconciliation, either challenge the Commonwealth directly or leave it. Stop subsidizing the continuance of the Commonwealth who economically benefitted from rape, abuse, racism and sexism.
