NEW: Florida Board of Medicine hearing on their sham rulemaking process to create an anti-trans standards of care is now RESCHEDULED to Friday, October 28 at 8:00 AM at the Hyatt Regency at Orlando International Airport: floridapolitics.com/archives/56546…
The agenda for the meeting, featuring anti-trans selected experts Michael Biggs, James Cantor, Riittakerttu Kaltiala, Michael Laidlaw: ww10.doh.state.fl.us/pub/medicine/A…
This is different from the Florida Medicaid exclusion of coverage of transition care for all ages. This would create a binding standard of care on *all* providers, ban any medical transition care for those under 18, and impose waiting periods for adults:

By the way, the state of Florida's anti-trans expert James Cantor has previously supported pedophiles because he believes they can't change. But he does believe trans youth can change. So the DeSantis admin thinks pedophiles shouldn't have to change, but your kids should have to.
Let me clarify: The state of Florida's anti-trans expert James Cantor was an advisor to a group that hosted a "MAP Support Club", where "MAP" means "minor-attracted person", an attempt at a euphemism for being a pedophile and wanting to molest children medium.com/@Anarchastemin…

NCBC is CMA-linked and works with Catholic universities to provide "bioethics" credentials to... the CMA member DeSantis appointed to the Board of Medicine this summer.
pp. 1550-1579: Submission by Dr. Paul W. Hruz, CMA member, who believes transitioning is against "Catholic anthropology" and whose anti-trans expert testimony was previously excluded in Kadel v. Folwell (genderanalysis.net/2022/09/cma-ag…)

p. 1605-1613: Dr. Julia Mason of SEGM (their members were picked by Florida Medicaid to write a sham "review"), whose signature we had to uncover on Genspect's AAP proposal, and who then made baseless threats on twitter about her name being revealed: genderanalysis.net/2022/08/florid…
Florida took down their 610MB PDF of submitted documents for this meeting, it now goes to a 404 not found error. We put it back up so you can go through every page of it with us in detail. Download a local copy to host elsewhere: systemsfreak.cc/files/10282022…
Refer to the document above of submissions to the Board of Medicine. Many are from transphobic parents of trans youth who are now adults. Much of it is identifying. That means we can track down these people in the trans community and fact-check their parents lying about them.
Parent-child comparison of perceived "onset" of transness has previously been used to reveal why "rapid onset gender dysphoria" was an illusion and a hoax: rapidonsetgenderdysphoria.com.
I'm doing a Gender Analysis post going over everything in the now-removed document. If there's something you've spotted in there that I haven't, please mention so I can make sure to add it. Here is a mediafire link to the 610MB PDF mediafire.com/file/rycwh6yx9…
By page 8 of the Florida Board of Medicine's agenda for their anti-trans rulemaking hearing on Oct 28, their state expert Michael Biggs is already blaming George Soros for "the transgender movement" (systemsfreak.cc/files/10282022…, 4thwavenow.com/2018/05/25/the…)
p. 2533. Deacon Patrick W. Lappert, board member of Catholic ex-gay ministry Courage and selected to write a Florida Medicaid anti-trans "expert report", claims he is board-certified in surgery. In Kadel v Folwell (2022) it was established he is not. (genderanalysis.net/2022/09/cma-ag…)
p. 1838, an opinion article by psychotherapist David Schwartz, originally cited by Florida Dept of Health. This article contains an inept reading of the literature that should be disqualifying. It also has terrible parenting advice like ignoring your kids. genderanalysis.net/2022/04/florid…

I did mention earlier that if anything happens here we will fall back to my 44K-subscriber youtube channel :)
There was previously an issue on YouTube where people didn't like seeing my bad teeth. Well, they're not getting any better
I think my manner of speaking might have even changed a bit over the several years since I've done videos. I hope people would find it relaxing and easy listening

As a trans adult I'm fine with injectable estradiol having labeling that makes it clear it's something that belongs in the back of the Spencer's and not in the front
You know what I'm also fine with? Fun, community memes, enjoying ourselves before we die, not having to take transitioning seriously at all times
If you feel a certain way about that box, the way I feel about those tweets is that they make living life as a trans person feel synesthetically about as appealing and alive as sniffing a rough grey concrete wall covered in old runoff stains

So conservatives criticized Ulta's choice to feature two trans women talking about their girlhood on the grounds that this would apparently be unrelatable to Ulta's cis women clientele, or that cis women would not find this a recognizable form of girlhood dailysignal.com/2022/10/18/ret…
Honestly, so what? First of all, make an effort to relate to other people who aren't like you and haven't had the same life experiences as you. Trans women will have to be making such an effort around others throughout our entire lives to an even greater extent than most.
Second of all, even if our girlhood is totally unrecognizable as a girlhood to cis women, that's still not sufficient as some universal invalidation of our experiences as having been a girlhood. It presents something other trans women *can* relate to and recognize as our girlhood

When I was in 6th grade they tried to get all of us to go on a camping trip into the woods for three days, and I chose not to, because even though I did not really know what to do with my gender yet, I knew I did NOT want to have to be kept in a room overnight with those people
We have the raw material of experience even during times when we may not yet have the words or concepts to recognize what is happening here
Also, I didn't like the idea of being taken to a distant location where I couldn't leave or go back to my home at the end of the school day. I didn't know or trust any of these people.

Completely uninformed question: Any reason we can't make a multivalent Covid vaccine for not just two variants, but Wuhan, Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, BA.1, BA.5, all the new ones too, the kitchen sink and maybe even SARS-CoV-1? Would it increase breadth against future variants?
I mean, most immediately the reason we can't do it would be that producing one mRNA strand for one type of spike is hard enough, producing a second and combining them is harder, and doing that for 10 of them could make the practical challenges insurmountable?
I ask because there are already multivalent vaccines covering 4, 9, 13 or 23 strains of pathogens, just for things like HPV or pneumonia
